25. Third party responsibilities

We may utilise outsourced service providers and cloud computing service providers, including:

• Ricoh Australia (“Ricoh”), in New South Wales, as a host and backup service for all our computing data and information;
• MYOB Pty Ltd (“MYOB”), in Victoria, an online software provider;
• BGL Corporate Solutions Pty Ltd (“BGL”), in Victoria, an online software provider;
• SuperRecords (“SuperRecords”), in New South Wales and India, to assist with capacity requirements in relation to Superannuation Accounting and Accounting services.    SuperRecords is an international outsourcing operation servicing the Australian Accounting space for the past 18 years supporting over 100 firms and being ISO 27001 compliant, the recognised International Standard regarding privacy and security. 
• Kenbel Enterprises Pty Ltd (“Kenbel”), in Western Australia, to perform accounting services.
• and other third parties from time to time.

To perform the services, we may provide these third parties with access to your data to the extent this is required to perform the services.

Your data will be stored in servers and in accordance with the security practices of the third party service provider and our Privacy Policy.
