John Pascoe established Pascoe Partners in Kojonup in 1978. John was later joined by Richard Hudson, Kevin Broom and Kim Blythe and formed the firm Pascoe, Hudson, Broom and Blythe.
The firm then developed into Pascoe Partners Accountants.
Since our inception our vision has been simple: “To work closely with our clients to offer the very best accounting advice and results.” While we service a broad range of both agricultural and commercial clients across Western Australia, we still maintain a dedication to genuine personal service, derived from our country origins.
While Service forms the underlying base for all that we do, we live our vision through five key values:

Paul joined Pascoe Partners Accountants in 1997. His father was an accountant in Geraldton for many years, so working with country clients is very much “in the blood.” Paul recently received his 25 year membership badge from The Tax Institute.
Wayne joined the firm in 1999 and has since developed specialties in business structures, superannuation, native title trusts and foundations. His accounting experience has included working in Perth and Carnarvon, where his family ran a banana and mango plantation. Wayne has a Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Business from Curtin University, a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) and is also a Tax Institute Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant. He is a board member of the C.Y. O’Connor Erade Village Foundation.
Andras has been a member of the team since 2005, a CPA since 1997 and a tax specialist for over 20 years. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to the needs of small to medium sized businesses, particularly in relation to taxation, structural advice and business planning. Andras has completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and has been awarded a Fellowship with the Australian Society of CPAs. He is also a Director and Responsible Manager of the firm’s subsidiary financial planning and finance broking company Western Advisory Pty Ltd.
Con has been a CPA for 20 years. He has received a Master of Taxation and Bachelor of Business from Curtin University and is also a Tax Institute Chartered Tax Advisor and a SMSF Association accredited SMSF Specialist Advisor and Auditor. Con also holds a Diploma of Financial Services (FP) and has been accredited by CPA Australia as a financial planning specialist and is an Affiliate of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
Con leads the self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) division of Pascoe Partners Accountants. He is also the Director and Responsible Manager of the firm’s subsidiary company Western Advisory, which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is involved in the provision of financial planning services. Con is the state chapter chair for the SMSF Association and a member of the state professional development committee for The Tax Institute.
